Your first hosiery club membership will be sent right away.  Unless you decide to cancel you will receive your same sizes and colors every month based upon your membership selection.  If you would like to change the sizes or color choices please send email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you are satisfied with your current membership level do nothing and we will continue to send you hosiery every 4 weeks and bill the credit card on file.

I do understand that I will receive convenient shipments every 4 weeks unless I cancel which I can do easily at any time.  I authorize Divine Dzion to charge my card for the amount of my membership at the time of shipment per the terms of my hosiery club membership.  I will enjoy the convenience of my membership and my satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
